Materials Resource

Flame Lamination
A continuous fusing process to bond film and/or fabric to foams by passing materials over a gas flame. The resulting bond exhibits strength and durability. Dela's multiple flame lamination lines are capable of laminating as many as three substrates up to 72" wide.

Adhesive Laminations and Coatings
The Adhesive Lamination combines two substrates together with a layer of adhesive between. Dela's adhesive lamination lines are capable of laminating product up to 72" wide.

Pressure Sensitive Lamination
Pressure-sensitive adhesive lamination - either acrylic or latex - results in a peel-and-stick backing. Dela has developed distinctive pressure sensitive adhesives that are FDA-approved for skin contact. Several of our lines are capable of coating up to 72" wide.

Thermal Activated Adhesive Lamination
Our engineers and operators have more than thirty years experience with heat activated adhesives, encompassing both breathable non-continuous webs and waterproof film membranes applied on Hot Roll and Infrared Laminators, up to 84" wide.
